Owens Career: In 2006, he earned OCCAC Academic All-Conference honors.  Additionally, Baer recorded one shot as an Express defender.

High School: 2006 Lake High School graduate, Millbury, Ohio, where he was First Team All-Northwest Ohio Soccer League, Honorable Mention All-Midland Suburban Soccer League and Second Team All-District.  Baer also was team captain and Honorable Mention All-Suburban Lakes League in baseball.
