Prior to Owens: 2002 Central Catholic High School graduate, Toledo, Ohio, where he earned First Team All-Toledo City League, All-District and All-Ohio honors. In addition, Perry-Harrison was selected to the First Team All-Toledo Blade and participated in teh Ohio vs Indiana All-Star basketball game.
