1992-93 highlights:
- Scored 23 points in the OJCAC tournament championship game to help the Express come back from down 12 in the game's final minutes. Owens won 86-82 over Cincinnati State to claim the title.  
- Scored 16 points in a 118-86 win over Muskegon Community College in the Region XII championship game
