2012: Urbanski was named First Team All-OCCAC as freshman, and she led the team in digs while coming close to the program's single season record. In 48 matches, she had 953 digs, 77 aces, 19 assists and seven kills. In 12 OCCAC matches, she had two aces and 195 digs, while being named OCCAC Player of the Week on Sept. 16.

Her 953 assists is the second highest single season total behind Ashley Hill's total of 1,006 in 2004.

In the NJCAA D-II National Tournament, Urbanski finished with 107 digs and one assist.

Prior to Owens: Urbanski was a three year varsity player at Notre Dame, where she was an Honorable Mention All-Three Rivers Athletic Conference (TRAC) selection her junior and senior years. She played for coach Jeff Pitzen. Academically, Urbanski was an honor roll student who carried a 3.8 GPA.

Personal: Lisa is the daughter of Steve and Sue Urbanski. She has two siblings - Tracy Farver and Steve Urbanski.
