2012: Plummer finished third on the team in scoring in her only season with the Express. She was named Second Team All-Region XII following the season due to her five goals and seven assists. She finished second on the team in assists, and fifth in goals scored.

Prior to Owens: Plummer transferred to Owens following her freshman year at Baldwin Wallace University, where she saw action in 13 games and attempted two shots with one on goal.

She was a four-year starter at Lake HS in Millbury, OH for coach Steve Hoffman. As a sophomore, Plummer was named the Suburban Lakes League (SLL) Player of the Year after scoring 22 goals with five assists. Additionally, she was named First Team All-SLL and D-II First Team All-District as a sophomore and junior, while being named Second Team All-Ohio as a junior. Also as a junior, Plummer helped lead the team to an appearance in the regional championship game. As a senior, she helped lead the team to the district semifinals while garnering Honorable Mention All-SLL honors. Plummer also earned Honorable Mention All-SLL honors as a freshman.

Plummer, who set school records at Lake for most career goals (53) and most assists in a career (19), also played basketball at Lake, where she earned Second Team All-SLL honors as a junior.

Personal: Plummer is the daughter of Allen and Tonya Plummer. She has two brothers - Damon and Dylan.
