The 5'7" Ida, MI native was named First Team All-Lenawee County Activities Association (LCAA), All-District, All-Region and All-Monroe County as a senior.

Hudgin joins Emily Morrow (RHP/OF, Monroe Jefferson High School), Josie Hall (C/OF, New London High School), Tori Weidinger (C/OF, Whitmer High School), Aubrey Geis (C, Toledo Christian High School), Brittany George (3B/SS, Elmwood High School), Kendall Murphy (3B/C, Maumee High School), Lesley Ducat (RHP, Evergreen High School), Alexandra Veres (C, Cardinal Stritch High School) and Chelsea Evans (RHP, Grass Lake High School) as members of next year's freshmen class.

The Express softball program finished 24-17 last season. They advanced to the Region XII District G tournament championship before falling to Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
