New London, OH---Josie Hall, a 5'10" senior from New London High School, has signed with the Express softball team.
The catcher/outfielder had a decorated high school career. As a senior, she was named First Team All-Firelands Conference, First Team All-Ashland Area and Second Team All-District en route to leading her team to a Firelands Conference championship.
As a junior, she also led her team to a Firelands Conference championship. Following the season, she was named Firelands Conference Player of the Year, First Team All-Firelands Conference, First Team All-District, First Team All-Ashland Area and Second Team All-Ohio.
During her sophomore year, Hall was named Second Team All-Firelands Conference and First Team All-Ashland Area. That came following a freshman year in which she was First Team All-Firelands Conference and First Team All-Ashland Area.
In fact, Hall helped lead New London to four straight Firelands Conference championships in her career.
She played for coach Randy Ruggles at New London.

Hall joins Tori Weidinger (C/OF, Whitmer High School), Aubrey Geis (C, Toledo Christian High School), Brittany George (3B/SS, Elmwood High School), Kendall Murphy (3B/C, Maumee High School), Lesley Ducat (RHP, Evergreen High School), Alexandra Veres (C, Cardinal Stritch High School) and Chelsea Evans (RHP, Grass Lake High School) as members of the 2013-14 Express softball freshmen class.
The Express softball program finished 24-17 last season. They advanced to the Region XII District G tournament championship before falling to Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
