2012-13: Lindsey averaged 7.4 points and 4.4 rebounds as a sophomore. He started 23 games, while playing in all 36 games. He was named Honorable Mention All-OCCAC.
In his two-year career, Lindsey totaled 416 points (6.2/game), 274 rebounds (4.1/game), 52 assists, 47 steals and 21 blocks.
Following the season, Lindsey signed with Indiana Tech University.
2011-12: Lindsey averaged 4.8 points and 3.8 rebounds as a freshman in 31 games of action. He shot 43.7 percent from the field and 36 percent from three point range. His best play came in the Region XII postseason tournament in which he scored 30 points on 11-21 shooting overall and 5-10 shooting from three point range in games against Cuyahoga CC and Lakeland CC. In regular season play, Lindsey's best game was 16 points on 6-for-8 shooting against Edison CC on Feb. 1.
Prior to Owens: Lindsey comes to Owens after helping lead Toledo Whitmer to a 2010-11 Toledo City League championship. During that senior year, he was named Second Team All-Toledo City League under the tutelage of head coach Bruce Smith. Lindsey also ran cross country at Whitmer and lists the City League basketball title as his greatest personal sports thrill.
Personal: Franklin is the son of Harold and Genise Lindsey.
