Kalida Duo Signs With Express Volleyball

Kalida, OH---Bailey Dangler and Kayla Siefker, co-captains from Kalida High School in Kalida, OH, recently became members of the 2013-14 Express volleyball team after signing their letters of intent.

Siefker, an outside hitter, was named First Team Putnam County League (PCL) and Second Team Division IV District 8.  Also as a senior, she was a District 8 all-star match participant and a scholar athlete.

As a junior, Siefker was PCL Honorable Mention.

She has acquired three varsity letters thoughout her high school career.  Her half-sister, Allison Siefker, also played volleyball for the Express for two years (2005-06).

Dangler, a setter and outside hitter, was named 2012 Second Team PCL and obtained three varsity letters throughout her career.

As seniors, the co-captains lead their team to a 15-8 record.

Siefker and Dangler become members of a six player freshmen class thus far. Other members include: Ciarra Wirick, a setter/middle blocker from Benjamin Logan HS, Stephanie Kipp, an outside hitter/middle blocker from Ida (MI) High School, Aricka LaVoy, a libero/defensive specialist from Eastwood (OH) HS, and Jessica Cooper, a setter from Brandywine  (Niles, MI) HS.
