Toledo, OH---The Owens Community College Student Government Association and the Express Athletic Department are sponsoring a free student ticket giveaway for the NJCAA D-II National Volleyball Tournament.

The first 300 Owens students with a valid student ID can pick up a free ticket at the door.

The NJCAA D-II National Tournament features the 16 best D-II junior colleges in the nation competing for a national championship. The tournament will be held at Owens CC on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The first matches on Thursday begin at 9 a.m., while the final matches on Thursday begin at 7:30 p.m. On Friday, play begins at 10 a.m. and the final matches begin at 6:30 p.m.

On Saturday, action begins at 12 p.m. and concludes with the national championship match at 6:30 p.m.

The Express volleyball team qualified as one of the 16 teams and they will open up tournament action on Thursday at 3 p.m. against Kirkwood Community College.

All matches will take place in the Student Health and Activities Center (SHAC) at the Toledo campus of Owens Community College.
