Champaign, ILL---The No. 4 Express swept two ranked junior college opponents tonight in the Parkland Invitational.

The Express are now 22-1 (6-0 OCCAC) and have won 17 consecutive matches.

In their first match of the evening, Owens defeated John A. Logan College 25-23, 25-19, 25-21. John A. Logan is the 25th ranked team at the NJCAA Div. I level.

In their second match, Owens defeated Rock Valley College 25-10, 25-18, 28-26. Rock Valley is the 10th ranked team in NJCAA Div. III.

A big day looms ahead tomorrow for the Express as they will face NJCAA Div. II No. 7-ranked Kirkwood C.C. before taking on NJCAA Div. II No. 12-ranked Parkland College.
