Owens Career: In 2003, she played in 150 games and recorded 52 kills.  She was second on the team with 448 digs and 88 aces.

High School: 2003 Start High School graduate, Toledo, Ohio, where she earned First Team and Second Team All-City League honors.  Smith also was selected to the District All-Star team and was honored as a scholar-athlete.
