Bartley totaled 130 assists, or 4.5 per game, during the season. She also made six 3-pointers against Cincinnati State, which broke the school record at the time. 

Bartley was named to the Mt. Aloysius All-Tournament Team in 1994-95. Along with her teammate, Leslie Mugg, she broke the school record with 11 assists in a game.
