High School: 2010 Toledo Start High School graduate, earning Toledo City League Player of the Year and Second Team All-Northwest District honors as a senior.  He was Team MVP, First Team All-City League and Second Team All-Northwest District as a junior and sophomore.  Whitmore also played varsity football, earning All-First Team All-City League, and varsity baseball.  He was named a Scholar-Athlete.
