Prior to Owens: Bucci is a 2012 graduate of St. Patricks HS, where he was the team's MVP. He also was a quarterback/cornerback with the football team. He played for coach Jim Bigras on the baseball team.

Personal: Dominic is the son of Nibs and Sandy Bucci. He has a brother, Nick, who plays minor league baseball in the Milwaukee Brewers organization.
