Toledo, OH---The Express baseball team secured their first 2012-13 signee on Wednesday evening in North Central's Ben Breymier.

The Indianapolis, IN native was joined by his family as the team held a signing ceremony in the SHAC.

Breymier is a catcher who Del Young feels is going to come in, work hard and develop into the kind of player that fits the program's expectations.

"He's an outstanding defensive catcher with a big frame," Young said. "He comes from a good family, and I feel he's going to make an impact right away on the field. Plus, he's a good student."
