High School: Clay High School, Oregon, Ohio, where he was First Team All-GLL as a junior and senior, Second Team All-District II as a junior and Second Team All District I as a senior.  He was team MVP his senior year, won the Harold Potter and Dick Kandick awards and played in the GLL All-Star Game.
