2012 stats

2012: Sellers was named to the All-Tournament Team in the Raider Challenge on Sept. 30 and the Vincennes Invitational on Oct. 6. In 12 OCCAC matches, Sellers had 157 kills, 26 digs, eight solo blocks and 34 assisted blocks, which led her to being named First Team All-OCCAC. She was also named First Team All-Region XII, and she was a member of the Region XII Dsitrict E all-tournament team. Sellers was also named OCCAC Player of the Week on Oct. 28.

Prior to Owens: Sellers was an All-Ohio Cardinal Conference and All-District player with Mansfield Madison. She also participated in a state all-star match.

Personal: Dakia is the daughter of Dwayne Sellers and Keisha Scott. She has one sibling - Jaylon.
